How can I request a return?
Returns are processed on a case by case basis. myze accepts returns of unused and unopened products, if approved by our customer service team. Please reach out to our customer service team for help in determining if you are eligible for a return.
To request a return, please contact us at orders@helpmyze.com. If your return is approved, we will be happy to provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
All returns must be within 30 days of purchse, accompanied by our RMA form and proof of purchase. Additionally, returns must be in their original condition with packaging unopened/sealed and labels intact. Sales of accessories, eye masks, perishable goods (such as drinks, vitamins & supplements), personal care products and all clearance merchandise as well as discounted/promotional items are final.
Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you mistakenly receive the wrong product. We are here to help and will gladly address any issues within 30 days of your order's arrival.
Do you provide return shipping labels?
We do not provide return shipping labels for returns. We are not responsible for return shipping. Return postage will be your responsibility. You can choose whichever shipping option you prefer to send approved returns back to us. However, we do suggest shipping with tracking so you will have confirmation that your return was delivered back to us.
Reimbursements
Once we have received your return, our warehouse team will confirm that the items are in proper condition. We will then issue a store credit to your myze account, less the original shipping fees which are non-refundable. We will notify you via email to let you that your return has been processed, and your store credit has been issued.
How do I use my Store Credit?
Add products to your cart.
Log into your account via the “My Account” icon on the top right of the page.
Once you are logged in, proceed to checkout.
You will see your store credit listed in the payment options section.
**These policies apply to all products, site-wide. For subscription orders, we can only accept returns (if approved) on the first purchase, not on subsequent months.
**Please note, all applicable returns will be issued as myze store credit. We are unable to offer refunds to the original payment method.
** Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased directly from us. Returns from other retailers are not accepted.
