Shipping

Orders are typically processed by myze the same business day if received by us before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Otherwise, they are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).  Note: We or shipment carriers may get backlogged during sale events and the holiday season, which could delay your shipment.  

Orders are shipped from New York, via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  https://www.usps.com/ship/mail-shipping-services.htm  We ship domestically within the 50 States of the United States and the District of Columbia. We do not offer international shipping. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (pre-tax). Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.95 (standard shipping).

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.  If you did not receive your shipment confirmation email or have any additional questions about your order, please contact orders@helpmyze.com. We’re always happy to help out! Please allow approximately 3-5 business days to receive your order.

Refunds and Returns Policy

myze accepts returns of unused and unopened products, if approved by our customer service team. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, purchased online within thirty (30) days of shipping date, provided the products are in their original condition, with packaging unopened/sealed and labels intact. However, sales of accessories and eye masks and Clearance merchandise are final. 

**All discounted/promotions or limited items are final sales.

**We don't offer refunds on opened products because they are primarily personal care products, and it would be a safety risk for us to resell or reuse the returns in any way.

**Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Dry Eye Drink, Vitamins, Supplements, and personal care goods (such as medication, personal care, and beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

To start a return, please contact us at orders@helpmyze.com.  If your return is accepted, we will be glad to send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items that are returned without first contacting us will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, we will issue store credit, less the original shipping fees which are non-refundable. We will notify you once we've received your return.

For subscription orders, we can only accept returns (if approved) on the first purchase, not on subsequent months. You are always able to change or cancel your subscription by logging into your account. Please note, all changes to your subscription order must be made at least 2 business days prior to your next order date. Otherwise, your card will be automatically charged and your selected products will be sent to you. 

Damages and Other Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have mistakenly received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 30 days of receiving your order.
