How To Use:

The Bruder Moist Heat Eye Compress is microwave activated.

1. Unwrap and remove mask from plastic outer wrap.
2. Place mask on a clean microwave safe plate. (It is not recommended to place it directly on the glass tray in the microwave.)
3. Microwave for 15-20 seconds.
4. To increase heat, microwave in additional 5 second increments. Do NOT exceed 25 seconds.
5. Always touch test before placing over the eyes. If the compress feels too hot, remove immediately and wait 1-2 minutes before reapplying.
6. Apply over closed eyes for 8-10 minutes or as prescribed by your doctor.
7. If reused within 30 minutes, reduce heating time by half as your compress will retain some of the initial heat.

After treatment, you may experience some blurring in your vision. Your tear glands are releasing beneficial fluids. The blurriness will clear within a few minutes.

*The mask may not be heated by any other method than a microwave.

How To Clean:

1. Wait 2 hours after use.
2. HAND WASH ONLY in COLD water with a mild detergent.
3. Air dry for at least 24 hours before use.

*Wash if exposed to makeup, oils, grease or food.
