Microwave — Place The Reset™ flat in your microwave. Heat for 30 seconds. If more warmth is needed, add 5-second increments — never exceeding 40 seconds total.

Apply — Secure the adjustable strap over your closed eyes. Always test temperature on your wrist first. The contoured shape sits flush against your lids — no hot spots, no pressure.

Your eyelids contain tiny glands called meibomian glands that line the rim of your upper and lower lids. They secrete an important oil that provides the protective oil layer of your tears, the coating that keeps moisture locked in and protects your eyes from evaporating too quickly.
