I don’t go to bed without HYLO. I don’t wake up in the morning unable to open my eyes. HYLO really helps.

I've been using the product for a while. The result of my 2nd annual appointment to a dry eye specialist said everything looked fine, & I didn't have to see her again unless something changed.

I've been seeing a dry eye specialist for 2-3 years. Per her answer, this product keeps the eyes moist & fluids flowing. I learned not to get the ointment on the eye. There's a burning sensation. The Dr. said I was doing a good job. my conclusion Optase does work.

Unfortunately it took 2+ weeks for the Optase to arrive. I’d planned for a friend to purchase at SH Eyecare and mail to me. I wish I’d stuck to that plan. Instead I used the link texted to me. Thru no direct action on my part, Shopify became the method of payment which I later learned used a stored address instead of the addr I typed in. So Optase was shipped to my home, where I wasn’t. Perhaps the website could be tweaked so customers can choose to use other methods of payment. If given the choice, I would’ve chosen Apple Pay.

The last order arrived as expected. As in previous orders, is one wasn't needed immediately. there were a couple of days remaining in the tube being used. I've been using as directed & haven't had negative comments from the doctor.
I use the Hylo Night Eye ointment every night before going to bed. I know that my eyes will receive the moisture needed during the time that I am asleep. I can usually feel the effect when I wake up.
Love it before bedtime
Sometimes the ointment really blurs me site and I can't read. But I guess that is to be expected.

It is too soon to rate these drops. I have very painful dry eye and this drop is one part of a series of strategic drops and gels I am using. At this point it does not take the pain away but it is helping. It replaces Systane in my regimen.
Great product. Very gentle to my eyes.
Use the ointment every night, because it stays on well.
